Glen Campbell Woman Waives Hearing in Sexual Assault Case

CLEARFIELD – A Glen Campbell woman is being accused of having sexual relations with a teenage boy back in 2017.

Yvonne Renee Stahl, 26, is charged by the Pennsylvania State Police with statutory sexual assault, felony corruption of minors and misdemeanor indecent assault.

Stahl waived her right to a preliminary hearing Wednesday during centralized court. Her bail is currently set at $25,000 unsecured.

The charges stem from a ChildLine report received Feb. 14, 2019 concerning suspected child abuse, according to the affidavit of probable cause.

Stahl reportedly disclosed to an Indiana County Children & Youth Services caseworker that she had sexual relations with a 15-year-old boy.

On Oct. 30, 2019, she was interviewed by state police and reportedly admitted she had sex with the boy on one occasion sometime in the fall of 2017.

Stahl said she was aware the boy was 15 years old at the time and that she was eight years older. In her written statement, she said, “I know it was wrong … because he was a minor.”

On Feb. 24, the boy confirmed that Stahl only had sex with him on one occasion at her former Burnside Township residence in Clearfield County.
