Clearfield Borough

- Police received a report involving harassment. The incident is being investigated.
- Police responded to a report of a small fire in the backyard of a residence that was becoming out of control. Police and fire responded and extinguished the flames.
- Police responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle. Police responded in the area and located the vehicle and the driver in the backyard of the residence. The driver was arrested on probable cause for driving under the influence.
- Police responded to a report of multiple individuals fighting. Police arrived in the area and located the individuals. The incident was found to be verbal in nature. One individual did contain a warrant and she was transported to the Clearfield County Jail.
- While on patrol, police located a male who appeared to heavily intoxicated. Police detained the male and provided him a ride to sober adult to look after him. Charges pending.
- Police received a report of a vehicle traveling up and down Bigler Ave at a high rate of speed. Police located the vehicle and was warned of his actions.
Lawrence Township
- Police arrested 57 year-old Debra Reams from Grampian. During a traffic stop, the odor of marijuana could be detected inside the vehicle. A search revealed a small amount of marijuana. Charges have been filed.
- Police received a call regarding unauthorzed use of a vehicle from Clearfield Borough Police. Officers located the vehicle at the Budget Inn. Upon investigation drugs and paraphernalia were found inside the motel. Police took the two suspects, a 40 year-old male and a 33 year-old female, both from Clearfield into custody. Charges are pending.
PSP Clearfield
- State police observed a vehicle parked half-way on the roadway in Knox Twp. Upon investigation, the odor of marijuana was emitting from the vehicle. A vehicle search was conducted and a small amount of marijuana, methamphetamine and paraphernalia were seized. Charges have been filed again Allesia Aughenbaugh, 32, of Clearfield.
- State police investigated an incident of criminal mischief on Irvona Rd. in Jordan Twp. According to the report unknown actor(s) smashed the windshield from the victim’s 2004 Freightliner with a blunt object. Anyone with information is asked to call PSP Clearfield.
- State police are investigating the theft of a 20” 5 HP yellow and green Yards Man push mower on Krebs Hwy. in Boggs Twp. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Clearfield.
- State police are investigating the reported of a damaged window in a camper on Old Erie Pike, Boggs Twp. Anyone with information is asked to call PSP Clearfield.
Curwensville Borough
- Police investigated a report of a young child walking out into traffic on People’s Rd. Upon arrival police could not locate the child.
- Police received a report of a stolen kayak believed to have been taken while parked at the VFW. The kayak was later returned to the victim.
- Police received a report of fraud by a School St. resident.
- Police received a report of a suspicious vehicle on Thompson St.. It was reported that the driver of a Honda had been watching children in the area. The investigation is ongoing.
- Police responded to the Fuel On for a complaint that the business was not paying the victim her full amount of winnings from a Skills game. After speaking with employees, the manager paid the victim.
