Lawrence Township
- Police were dispatched to an apartment in Hyde for a man walking around the complex with his clothes off. Upon arrival, contact was made with the actor who was under the influence of several controlled substances. Through the course of the investigation another individual was found to have an active warrant out of Lancaster and was in possession of a prohibited weapon and drug paraphernalia. Both individuals were taken into custody.
PSP Clearfield
- State police arrested a juvenile in possession of an illegal handgun. The case was referred to the juvenile court system.
- State police responded to an incident of retail theft at H & B Hardware in Cooper Twp. Charles Burnett, 20, of Morrisdale obtained a fishing license after filling out the application and attempted to walk out of the store with out paying. As he was stopped by employees, he related that he was going to get money from his car and come back in and pay for the license. Burnett then got into his car and drove away.
- State police arrested Charles Burnett, 20 of Morrisdale for possession of drugs. Charges have been filed.
- State police responded to a suicide attempt in Cooper Twp. A juvenile female had intentionally taken an excessive amount of prescription medications and was found unresponsive at her residence. She was revived and transported to Penn Highlands Clearfield by EMS for medical treatment.
- State police arrested a 50 year-old Madera man for DUI after he nearly struck a state police patrol vehicle on McCarney Rd. in Jordan Township. Charges are pending blood results.
- State police are investigating a theft of stolen tools in Beccaria Twp. Unknown actor(s) had stolen the tools from the victim while he was incarcerated for the past two months. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Clearfield.
- State police arrested a 45 year-old Grampian man for DUI after he was found driving his vehicle in a parking lot while under the influence of drugs. Charges are pending the toxicology results.
