CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County’s recycling site, located at the county jail, as well as all county drop-off sites are closed immediately for public safety reasons in light of COVID-19.
The announcement was made in a press release distributed to local media by Solid Waste Authority Director Jodi Brennan on Monday afternoon.
“Please store your materials at home, if possible, for now,” Brennan said. “We will restore normal recycling program operations once this pandemic is over. Stay home and stay safe.
