CLEARFIELD – A 15-year-old male juvenile is facing charges following an assault Thursday at the Soaring Heights School in Clearfield, Lawrence Township police say.
During the incident, the juvenile allegedly grabbed a staff member’s private area, then pulled her to the ground and kicked her. Police say he started to strike another staff member in the chest before he was able to be restrained.
As the juvenile was being restrained, he started to scratch a staff member’s arms, according to the report. He was taken into custody and transported to the police station.
The juvenile was later released to the Clearfield County Juvenile Probation Department.
