Over 6,500 Toys for Tots Donations Collected in Allstate Agencies Across Pennsylvania and New England

Two Clearfield County Allstate agencies join hundreds in the Northeast partnering with Toys for Tots, earning the Toys for Tots Foundation a $40,000 Allstate Foundation Helping Hands® Grant

For the third year in a row, Allstate agencies across Pennsylvania and New England teamed-up with the Toys for Tots Foundation to collect new, unwrapped toys for local children.

Between October and December of 2019, participating agencies received over 6,500 donations from community members – a 30 percent increase in donations from 2018.

Thanks to the volunteerism of participants, like Clearfield County agency owners Hal Beimel and Mary Wallace, Toys for Tots received a $40,000 Allstate Foundation Helping Hands® Grant to further their work.

“Participating in Toys for Tots has become a well-loved tradition for many Allstate agencies,” said Beimel, Clearfield Allstate agency owner.

“This year’s drive was our most successful one to date thanks to the generosity of our customers and community members. I’m proud to join the Clearfield community and my fellow Allstate agency owners in supporting this great cause.”

Toys for Tots and The Allstate Foundation have worked closely together over the last three years to organize a multi-state donation drive in hundreds of Allstate agencies.

Together, they have rallied communities across the Northeast to give back to families in need. Since 2017, Allstate volunteers in Pennsylvania and New England have earned over $150,000 in Allstate Foundation Helping Hands® Grants for the Toys for Tots Foundation, helping fulfill the holiday dreams of thousands of children.
