CLEARFIELD – Students in the Culinary Arts and Food Management program had the opportunity to make homemade ice cream with the guidance of Indiana University of Pennsylvania’s Culinary Admission Counselor Barry Saylor.

Saylor showed the students how to make ice cream without an ice cream maker. Students used everyday ingredients and were able to create mint chocolate chip and s’mores ice cream.
