As part of Priority First Federal Credit Union’s Golden Anniversary celebration, District Director Mark Adams, on behalf of state Senator Joe Scarnati, R-Brockway, recognized one of the first founding members of Priority First FCU, Rodney Lindholm, with a Pennsylvania Senate Citation on Sept. 13 during a recognition ceremony for his loyalty over the last 50 years.

Lindholm is the last living Priority First member of the original 15 founding members that signed the credit union’s initial charter.

Adams states, “We were happy to hear Rodney’s stories of how our credit union began and the history behind it.  We are very grateful for all of his dedication and contributions throughout the years.”

Due to the hard work and commitment of the Board of Directors and employees, along with tremendous support from all of its members throughout the years, Priority First FCU has grown to 85 million in assets and serves over 12,000 members.

The credit union currently has five office locations in Brockway, Brookville, Clearfield, DuBois and Punxsutawney, while serving the communities of Jefferson and Clearfield counties.
