GRAMPIAN – A fundraiser meal and basket raffle will benefit a Curwensville man in need.
Hosted at the Hepburnia United Methodist Church social hall, it’ll take place Sept. 14, from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m., or until sold out. The church is located at 28 Haytown Rd., in Grampian.
Dinner will consist of ham, parsley potatoes, mixed vegetables, applesauce, coleslaw, a roll, dessert and drink.
The cost of the meal is $10 for adults and $6 for children under 10 years old. Tickets for the basket raffle will be $1 each or six for $5.
All proceeds will benefit Shelby Rowles and help defray medical and travel expenses, as he continues to recover from an accident.
