Strouse Fills Vacant Seat on Clearfield Borough Council

CLEARFIELD – Clearfield Borough Council welcomed new member Mason Strouse at Thursday’s committee meeting. Strouse is filling the Second Ward seat recently vacated by Heather Bozovich.
