CLEARFIELD — Thursday rains caused the postponement of the Jefferson County League Championship Playoffs elimination game between the Clearfield American Legion Post 6 and Curwensville Post 505 baseball teams.
The No. 2-seeded Chiefs (10-5-1) and Bucks will meet Friday at 6 p.m. at the Lawrence Township Recreation Park Field, with the winner moving on to the loser’s bracket final against either No. 1 seed Punxsutawney or No. 3 seed DuBois.
That game will be played Saturday at 6 p.m. on the home field of the higher seed.
