GRAMPIAN – The Grampian Lions Club will host its annual chicken barbecue Thursday, June 27 at the Grampian Community Park during Grampian Days’ homecoming.
Meals will be served from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. The cost is $8 for adults and $4 for children, and only a limited number of meals will be served.
Tickets are available for purchase at Dimmick’s Auto Repair or from Bells Landing or Grampian Lions Club members.
The meal will include barbecue chicken, a baked potato, baked beans, a dinner roll, a drink and homemade cookies. The chicken will be cooked over an outdoor pit, using the club’s special barbecue sauce recipe.
Organizers encourage the community to come out and enjoy the meal while also supporting the club as well as Grampian Days’ homecoming.
