Frenchville Men Waive Hearings in Child Pornography Case

CLEARFIELD – Two Frenchville men are facing child pornography charges.

Anthony J. Terrizzi, 55, has been charged by Pennsylvania State Police, Bureau of Criminal Investigation, with 50 felony counts each of photographing, filming, depicting on computer sex act/knowingly or permitting a child and child pornography.

Dennis P. Hudgens, 38, has also been charged with one count of disseminate photo/film of child sex acts, 50 counts of child pornography and one count of criminal use of communication facility.

Terrizzi and Hudgens waived their rights to preliminary hearings Wednesday during centralized court at the Clearfield County Jail. Their bail remains set at $200,000 monetary.

According to the affidavit of probable cause, on Oct. 16, an undercover investigator found an Internet user sharing child pornography files. The IP address was connected to Verizon, and it was tracked to a Keewaydin Road residence in Covington Township.

From Oct. 16-17, the investigator was able to download 12 images of child pornography. These files originated from the computer at the IP address, investigators said.

On Dec. 20, a search warrant was executed on the defendants’ residence. A computer was seized by investigators who upon examination found at least 50 images of child pornography.

During an interview, Hudgens allegedly related Terrizzi showed him child pornography, which he (Terrizzi) had produced using a 9-year-old girl.

Terrizzi allegedly admitted that he used a cell phone to produce child pornography and that he also knew the girl.

He took both still photos and videos depicting the girl nude and in sexual positions. He then transferred the files from his phone to the computer, investigators said.
