COALPORT – Clearfield-based state police are seeking the public’s assistance with locating a missing person.
State police identified the person as Kelly Lynn Shirley, 37, of Homer City, Pa. She was last seen walking alone in the Coalport area Nov. 2.
She’s described as standing 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighing 160 pounds. She has blonde- or strawberry-colored hair and blue eyes.
