State police at Clearfield
- State police received a report about an incident of criminal mischief that occurred Oct. 28 on West Hannah Street in Woodward Township. During the incident, a 25-year-old Altoona man allegedly entered the victim’s residence by breaking through a basement door and window. Then, he fled the scene.
State police at DuBois
- State police responded to a DUI crash Sept. 28 in the area of Sportsman’s and State Park roads in Huston Township. As a result, the 24-year-old Weedville woman who was involved in the crash was allegedly determined to be under the influence of drugs.
- State police reported an incident of DUI that occurred Sept. 9 in the area of Thunderbird and Kohlhepp roads in Sandy Township. According to state police, a 17-year-old DuBois boy was stopped for a traffic violation and showed signs of impairment. He was subsequently arrested for the suspicion of DUI pending blood test results, plus for possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and related charges.
Lawrence Township
- Police responded to an incident of disorderly conduct Tuesday at McDonald’s, located on South Second Street in Clearfield. During a domestic dispute in the parking lot, a 33-year-old Clearfield man allegedly spit in a female’s face, took her phone and threw it, causing damage to the vehicle. Charges of disorderly conduct, harassment and criminal mischief are pending.
