State police at Clearfield
- State police received a report about a theft that occurred between Oct. 26 and Monday on Deer Creek Road, south of state Route 879, in Girard Township. During the incident, someone allegedly removed a 2006 Bobcat mini excavator from a job site; it was white/orange in color. State police say it appears the suspect(s) used a trailer to haul the excavator from the scene. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police at 814-857-3800.

- State police received a report about an alleged incident of terroristic threats that occurred Oct. 25 in Rose Township.
- State police investigated an incident of false reports to law enforcement authorities that occurred Oct. 25 in Rose Township.
State police at Ridgway
- State police received a report about an incident of burglary that occurred sometime Sunday or Monday on Howard Road in Horton Township. During the incident, someone allegedly removed a key fob to a Harley Davidson, a Harley Davidson jacket and a TomTom GPS unit. The value of the stolen items is approximately $1,100. Lawrence Township
- Police were requested to check the welfare of a female Monday at the Wal-Mart Supercenter of Clearfield. She was reportedly slumped over inside her vehicle. When officers arrived on-scene, she was located in the driver’s seat but completely slumped over into the passenger’s seat. Police observed a new-born baby and a young child in the rear seat. Upon investigation, it was found the female was not permitted on the property. She was also suspected of being under the influence of controlled substances. She was taken to the hospital for a legal blood draw and put in county jail with charges pending.
