ST. MARYS – The Elk County chapter of Toastmasters International had an honored guest amongst its ranks at a recent club meeting.
Hailing from Johnstown, Tony Utnik is the area director for the organization’s, District 13 territory. This area includes five chapters from the central region of Pennsylvania.
Toastmasters is an international organization that promotes communication and leadership skills to an audience of members from all around the globe.
Utnik graced the group with his gift of speech and attributes his skills learned throughout his 30 years of membership to clearly communicate in all situations in life, both personal and professional.
The Elk County club meets on the first and third Thursdays of each month. Meetings begin promptly at 7:15 p.m. at the Shiloh Presbyterian Church in St. Marys.
