UPDATED: Winston Turns Himself in to Police, Hearing Scheduled in Domestic Assault Case

CURWENSVILLE – Calvin Winston turned himself in to police on Thursday. His preliminary hearing has been scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday during centralized court.

CURWENSVILLE – A warrant has been issued for Calvin Winston following a recent domestic assault incident at a Susquehanna Avenue address, Curwensville Borough police say.

Winston has been charged with two misdemeanor counts of simple assault; one misdemeanor count of harassment; and one summary count of harassment.

According to the incident report, a female victim called 911 to report she engaged in a verbal argument with Winston and it turned physical.

Winston allegedly struck her in the head with a stainless-steel mug. Upon arrival, police observed injuries to the female’s forehead.
