ERIE – Relatives of a Karthaus man are sought after he was found drowned in Erie earlier this month.
According to Erie County Coroner Lyell Cook, the body of Richard Miller, age 35, was found Aug. 10 in Presque Isle Bay. An autopsy was conducted and Miller’s death was ruled accidental due to drowning.
