CLEARFIELD – Ivy Hatcher enjoyed the Clearfield Art on the River Today (ART) festival that was held Saturday in downtown Clearfield, despite the rainy forecast. Ivy helped chalk up the sidewalk along Market Street and to sling paint. The photos were submitted by her grandmother Linda Hatcher.
