One Hundred Mile Yard Sale to Be Held in July

FRENCHVILLE- The members of the Quehanna Industrial Development Corporation have been hard at work on this year’s 100 Mile Yard Sale, which is coming up on July 20th and 21st of this year.

PHILIPSBURG-The Reliance Fire Company is hosting a car wash to benefit Lottie, the dog who suffered injuries to her face as the result of a gunshot wound.  The benefit will be held Saturday from 9 a.m.- 2p.m. at the fire company on N. 3rd St.  The car wash is $5 and all proceeds will held fund medical expenses and future surgeries.

DuBois City Approves Liquor License Request for Charlie’s

DuBois– The City of DuBois’ City Council voted to approve Charlie’s request for a liquor license.  According to Charlie Kutsel, the restaurant acquired the liquor license in a Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Auction.
