Healthy pets help keep owners healthy. Sadly, sometimes families can’t afford the products necessary to prevent tick and flea infestations.

As a result, this can lead to families having their pets removed and emotional trauma for the children in the home.

The Banfield Foundation has provided Cen-Clear Child Services with a Flea and Tick Medication Grant to keep families and their pets together.

In addition to being educated about proper pet care and hygiene, this grant will allow Cen-Clear to provide families in need with the products needed to keep their pets healthy and keep the environment healthy for their children.

The Banfield Foundation donation will make it possible to treat small, medium, large and extra-large dogs as well as small and large cats.

The flea and tick treatment will be provided as an initial flea and tick treatment for new pets living with low-income families in need that are enrolled in Cen-Clear programs.
