CURWENSVILLE – At a recent Curwensville Rotary Club meeting, the guest speakers were James and Teresa Skinner, the new owners of the Eagles Ridge Golf Course.
Their son, Dayton, is going to be active in managing the business, and there are a few other silent partners also involved in the enterprise.
The Skinners have moved here from Klamath Falls, Ore., after acquiring the golf course the first part of this year. James has 32 years’ experience in working on and managing golf courses.
The new owners have many new things planned for this year, including re-opening the restaurant and emphasis on various youth programs. They are intent on doing their best to make this golf course a “fun place to visit.”
