Woman Charged for Allegedly Providing Teens with Alcohol During AFC Championship

DUBOIS – A Treasure Lake woman has been charged with corruption of minors for allegedly providing her 15-year-old daughter with alcohol during the AFC Championship game.

Stacey Audrey Mackey, 37, is also charged with two counts of sell/furnishing liquor to minors in relation to events Jan. 21 at her home.

According to the affidavit of probable cause filed by Sandy Township police, the victim reported that her mother gave vodka to her and her 19-year-old boyfriend during the AFC Championship game.

She reportedly told investigators that Mackey asked her boyfriend to drive them to get more alcohol because Mackey was visibly intoxicated.

The victim also reported that her boyfriend regularly stayed at their home and slept in her bed. The two had a sexual relationship with acts allegedly occurring both at her home and his home in Clearfield.

No charges have been filed against her boyfriend regarding the relationship, according to online court documents.

In her interview with police, Mackey allegedly admitted to supplying the couple with alcohol.

Mackey’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 27 at centralized court at District Judge Patrick Ford’s office.
