Florence E. Wilson, 99, of Treasure Lake, DuBois died Sunday, Jan. 28, 2018 at Christ the King Manor, DuBois.
Born July 11, 1918 in Brockton, Mass., she was the daughter of the late Ray and Edith (Hancock) Porter.
She attended Simmons College for Women in Boston, Mass.
She was married to Herbert Straffin. He preceded her in death. She then married John C. Wilson. He preceded her in death, as well.
She retired as a civil service worker from the Defense Supply Agency in Philadelphia.
She was a member of the Treasure Lake Church and the Red Hat Society. She also volunteered as a library aide for many years.
She is survived by a son, Mark Straffin and his wife, Carol of DuBois, three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
There will be no public visitation. A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
