Bertha P. Kaspick, 97, died Friday, Jan. 19, 2018 at Windy Hill Village, Phillipsburg.
She was born June 12, 1920 in Fairchance, Pa., a daughter of the late George and Nora (Show) Pluto Sr.
She was a Catholic by faith. She attended South Union Township High School.
She was a factory worker in Cleveland and a dental assistant in Washington. She was then a fitting person at JBC in Madera.
On Nov. 26, 1942 in Fairchance, Pa., she married Thomas F. Kaspick Sr., who died in 2010.
She is survived by three sons, Thomas F. Kaspick Jr. and his wife, Rebecca of Braselton, Ga., Robert J. Kaspick and his wife, Diane of Clearfield and Richard L. Kaspick and his wife, Anita of Apopka, Fla.
She is also survived by seven grandchildren, Kimberly A. Hopkins and her husband, Michael of Cocoa, Fla., Kathleen M. Hightower and her husband, Chris of Coral Springs, Fla., Kara L. Pena and her husband, Douglas of Braselton, Ga., Krista A. McCracken and her husband, Christopher of Curwensville; Brian J. Kaspick of Chambersburg; Kenneth J. Kaspick of Gainesville, Ga., and Steven A. Kaspick of Oveida, Fla.
She is survived by 11 great-grandchildren, Michael and Shane Hopkins, Christopher and Gillian Hightower, Emily and Douglas Pena, Jeremy, Jacob and Alaina McCracken and Breydan and Chloe Kaspick.
She is also survived by a brother, George Pluto Jr. of Hopwood, Pa., as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Harry, Thomas, Lamorne and Leland Pluto.
Services and burial will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
