Kathryn E. Robison, 78, of Clearfield died Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2018 at her home.
She was born May 9, 1939 in Curwensville, a daughter of the late Robert E. and Genevieve (Buzzard) Rishel.
Mrs. Robison was a licensed beautician for more than 30 years and owned Kathryn’s Beauty Salon on Turnpike Avenue.
In her spare time and retirement, she enjoyed fishing and traveling.
She is survived by her husband, Charles H. ‘Howard’ Robison; two children, Fawn Bell and her companion, Joseph Winebold of Grampian and Charles H. Robison Jr. and his wife, Kay of Clearfield; six grandchildren, LeEtta Hockenberry and her husband, Dale, Tiffany Barrett and her husband, Christopher, Jessica Bell and her fiancé, Richard Coxswell, Christine Martell and her husband, Steve, Tabitha Tully and her husband, Jim and Charles ‘Chaz’ H. Robison III; five great-grandchildren, Emmett and Evelyn Hockenberry, Austin and Lily Barrett and Grace Martell; three sisters, Patricia Bressler and her husband, Mearle of Olanta and Margaret ‘Peg’ Duttry and her husband, Leslie ‘Bud’ and Joanne Duttry, all of Curwensville; and a brother, William Rishel and his wife, Marian of Curwensville.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert E. Rishel Jr. and Kenneth Rishel.
All services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in the Bigler Cemetery.
