Doris J. Kolp-Ensminger, 79, went home to be with the Lord on Dec. 30, 2017 at the Hospice Center in Mount Joy surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Salunga and formerly of Pine Glen, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Mary Greenly Enterline. She married Robert L. Ensminger, who preceded her in death.

She retired from Wintron in Runville, Pa. She was of the Lutheran faith.

She loved yard sales, casinos, four-wheeling, lottery tickets and the beach. But most of all, she loved spending time with her loving family and friends.

She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend. She will be greatly missed.

She is survived by children, Terri J. Wissler and her husband, Howard and Keith L. Kolp and his wife, Julie, all of Ephrata, John H. Kolp and his wife, JoAnn of West Decatur, Gary E. Kolp and his wife, Cindy of Lititz, Randy L. Kolp of Pine Glen and Karen L. Dotson of Wormleysburg; step-daughter, Ruth Miller and her husband, Jeff of Gettysburg; and step-son, Robert N. Ensminger of Yarnell.

She had 17 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She’s also survived by a brother, James Enterline and his wife, Terry of New York and several nieces and nephews.

Along with her husband, she was preceded in death by her loving son, James A. Kolp Jr. and a brother, Glenn Enterline of Ironville.

Friends and family will be received from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. Saturday at the Strange & Weaver Funeral Service, 171 Deer Creek Rd., Morrisdale.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be at the Oak Hill Memorial Cemetery, Karthaus.

A luncheon will follow at the Pine Glen Fire Co., 1003 Pine Glen Rd., Karthaus, PA 16845.
