Phoenix Investors Acquires Two Stabilized Industrial Buildings in DuBois

MILWAUKEE, Wis. – An affiliate of Phoenix Investors, a national private commercial real estate firm headquartered in Milwaukee, Wis., announced it has acquired two, fully-leased, single-tenant industrial buildings, totaling 612,800 square-feet for $10 million. The buildings are located at 851-891 Beaver Dr., DuBois.

Governor Wolf: More than 10,000 Patients Registered for Medical Marijuana Program

HARRISBURG – Gov. Tom Wolf and the Pennsylvania Department of Health have announced that 10,135 patients have registered to participate in the medical marijuana program, with 1,188 certified by a physician to participate.
