DUBOIS – Several art students at DuBois Central Catholic Middle School tackled leather imprinting by personalizing wristbands from the large selection of metal stamps and tools made available by DCC art teacher, Cheyenne Helman.
Students then carefully pounded their design into the leather using a rawhide mallet. They then added color using acrylic paints before sealing their wristbands with several coats of a clear sealer.
