James R. Carlson, 59, of DuBois died Monday, Dec. 18, 2017 at Penn Highlands DuBois.
Born April 3, 1958, he was the son of the late Raine E. and Geraldine T. (Kentoski) Carlson.
He worked for Valley Machine and Tool in Penfield. He was also a bartender at the Independent, Political and Social Club for the past 28 years.
He loved to watch NASCAR and was an avid Pittsburgh Penguins fan.
He is survived by two siblings, Lorraine “Lori” Stormer of DuBois and John S. Carlson and his wife, Georgia of West Middlesex, Pa.; five nieces; and 10 great -nieces and great-nephews.
Friends will be received from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. Friday at the Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium Inc.
A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Friday at the Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium Inc. with Msgr Richard Siefer officiating.
Burial will be in the St. Michael Cemetery.
Memorials may be placed with the charity of the donor’s choice.
