Infant Jack Lloyd Deasey of DuBois died Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2017 at Penn Highlands DuBois. He was the son of Jason and Jessica (Smith) Deasey of DuBois.
He is also survived by his maternal grandmother, Karen Smith of DuBois; maternal grandfather, Richard Smith of Johnsonburg; paternal grandmother, Karen Deasey of DuBois; and two sisters, Elizabeth and Elaina Deasey.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, John “Jack” Deasey.
