Wendy L. Meighen, 50, of DuBois died Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2017 at Penn Highlands DuBois.
Born March 30, 1967, she was the daughter of Robert Kuntz (Kathy), who survives and lives in DuBois, and Patricia (Guiher) Smith (Leroy), who survives and lives in Falls Creek.
On May 14, 1994, she married Kurt W. Meighen. He survives.
She was a homemaker and she was a member of the Christ Lutheran Church in DuBois.
She had been very active for the past seven years with the DuBois Area Football Boosters.
She loved baking, camping and going to NASCAR races. Most of all, she loved her family.
She is survived by two sons, Caleb J. and Cole R. Meighen, both of DuBois; one sister, Kim Youngdahl and her husband, Jason of Brockway; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received from 4 p.m. – 8 p.m. Thursday at the Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium Inc.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at the Christ Lutheran Church with Pastors John and Amy Miller officiating.
