CLEARFIELD – During the campaign kick-off, Clearfield Area United Way agency representatives lit candles for various programs and milestones.
The fall campaign is well under way and needs community members to continue to help 23 member agencies in eastern, southern and central Clearfield County.
The campaign involves more than 70 volunteers, and it’s never too late to donate to make a difference, President Deb Bowser said.
Bowser said it’s their hope that small businesses and large companies, professionals, clubs and community members will make a tax-deductible donation.
Donations can be mailed to Clearfield Area United Way, 18 N. Second St., P.O. Box 1430, Clearfield, PA 16830. Or donors can give online through PayPal.
