State police at DuBois
- State police received a report about deceptive business practices that occurred Oct. 24, 1995 at Lakelawn Memorial Park in Winslow Township. According to state police, the victim signed a contract to purchase two burial lots and vaults. The victim paid a total of $2,092.52. However, state police say prosecution has been declined in this case due to it being beyond the five-year statute of limitations.

According to state police, the victim purchased two burial vaults and paid a total of $650. Lawrence Township
- Police responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of the Glen Richey Highway and the Old Erie Pike. Police say two females were taken to the hospital for medical treatment; both vehicles were towed from the scene. Police are continuing their investigation into the crash. Police were assisted by the Glen Richey and Mill Road fire departments and Clearfield Emergency Medical Services.

- Police received a report about an activated alarm at C Classic Dodge. It was found to be accidental.
Sandy Township
- On Monday police received a report about a domestic dispute that turned physical at a Treasure Lake residence. According to police, a 50-year-old man and his 19-year-old step-son had engaged in an argument. When the young man tried to leave, the man restrained him. Police handled the situation without incident.
- On Monday a Circle Road resident reported hearing screaming that was coming from a neighboring trailer. According to police, a 27-year old man and his 20-year-old girlfriend were arguing, and their 19-year-old roommate was yelling for them to stop. Police found that the man had warrants out for his arrest, and he was taken into custody. Police handled the rest without incident. However, a few hours later, officers were called back after neighbors heard fighting again. This time police say the roommate was confronting the woman who is on house arrest, telling her she needed to move out since her boyfriend was taken to jail. Officers handled the situation without incident.
- Police received a report about a false alarm Tuesday at a Treasure Lake residence.
- On Tuesday police reported that a stray dog was found at a Dixon Avenue residence. The dog was taken into custody by police.
- On Tuesday a 53-year-old Treasure Lake man reported to police that he had engaged in an argument with his 47-year-old girlfriend and left the residence. While driving away, he observed that his girlfriend was hanging onto the back of his vehicle. When he stopped at an intersection, he stated she jumped off. However, she was gone prior to police arrival.
