Aletha M. Little, 92, of Clearfield died Friday, Sept. 22, 2017 at Penn Highlands DuBois.
She was born May 8, 1925 in Harrisville, a daughter of the late Peter and Nellie (McCamey) Shoemaker.
Mrs. Little was employed by Piper Aircraft, retiring in 1980. She was a former social member of Frenchville Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Mosquito Creek Sportsmen’s Club.
She is survived by two sons, Terry Little and Richard Little; two granddaughters, Jessica and Jennifer; and a sister, Lauretta Sparks.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Little in 1967; two sisters, Winona Funk and Lois Martin; and a brother, Robert Shoemaker.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield, with the Rev. Kenneth Leonard officiating. Burial will be in the Keewaydin Cemetery, Frenchville.
Friends will be received from 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
