Steven G. Holencik, 46, of Houtzdale died Thursday, Sept. 14, 2017 at Mount Nittany Medical Center, State College.
Born Dec. 30, 1970 in Philipsburg, he was the son of the late Richard James Holencik and Jean Holencik of Houtzdale.
Mr. Holencik was a 1989 graduate of Moshannon Valley High School. He was employed at J.J. Powell in Philipsburg as a sales manager.
On May 17, 2001, he married Amber Holencik, who survives in Houtzdale.
Along with his wife and mother, he is survived by a daughter, Emilee at home; a brother, Richard Jr. (Kimberly) Holencik of Philipsburg; two sisters, Annette (Joseph) Vancas of Houtzdale and Teresa (Dave) Dodge of Madera; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mr. Holencik was preceded in death by his father on Aug. 7, 2014; maternal grandparents, Ted and Ester Henderson; paternal grandparents, Joseph and Margaret Holencik; and an aunt, Susan Graffus.
At his request, there will be no visitation or service.
