DUBOIS – On Monday night, DuBois City Council awarded Bucktail Excavators Inc. the annual bids for Type 2 anti-skid and Type A Limestone 2-A. The company was the lowest bidder for both materials.
The Type 2 anti-skid material bids were:

In other business, council announced that a public hearing has been scheduled for 6:45 p.m. Sept 26 in regards to the proposed sewage rate increases and new late fees
Also, a pamphlet, which warns residents about phone scams, will be included in future water bills.
