Kenneth Martin, 80, of Madera died Friday, Sept. 1, 2017 at Ridgeview Eldercare, Curwensville.
Born April 24, 1937 in Ashland, he was the son of the late George and Mabel (Ream) Martin.
He was a graduate of Houtzdale-Woodward-Bigler High School and a member of Houtzdale Presbyterian Church.
On Aug. 25, 1957 in the Osceola Mills Presbyterian Church, he married Nancy J. Rohrback. She preceded him in death in 2010.
He is survived by two sons, Kenneth (Traci) Martin of Hollidaysburg and Todd Martin of Houtzdale; two brothers, Millard Martin of Ohio and Leonard Martin of Houtzdale; and a sister, Carol Bratton of Houtzdale.
He is also survived by six grandchildren, Kylee Martin, Brandon Martin, Connor Martin, Shiann Martin, Liam Martin and Casey Martin and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by brothers, Walter, Gerald, Larry, Norman and Robert Martin and a sister, Geraldine Shedlock.
The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. Wednesday until the time of service at 12 p.m. at the Kruise-Spewock Funeral & Cremation Services Inc., Madera. Pastor Robert Ford will officiate. Burial will follow in I.O.O.F., Cemetery in Brisbin.
