Travel with the CCAAA’s Centers for Active Living to Historic Phipps Conservatory in Pittsburgh

Seniors 55 years and older can enjoy a fun-filled day of history well complemented by modern enhancements for the price of $5.    

Tour the lovely gardens, nature parks, plants, orchard rooms seasonal displays, Japanese gardens, tropical forest, gift shops, chihuly glass display and more.

Participants will depart by Fullington Bus on Sept. 5 from the Clearfield Wal-Mart parking lot at 8 a.m. with another pickup at Mahaffey Fire Hall at 8:45 a.m. 

Participants will proceed to Golden Corral for a complementary lunch. After lunch, they will continue the journey to the Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, where you will tour on your own from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. and then board the bus to return home at 3:30 p.m. 

Participants will make a fast food stop on the way home for you to purchase supper on your own.

The price for this trip is $5.   Payment must be made with reservations that will be accepted until the bus is full.
