Spikes edged late by Renegades again

Josh Lopez drove in two runs for the State College Spikes, but Oscar Rojas gave the Hudson Valley Renegades the winning run in the ninth with a sacrifice fly as the Renegades took a 4-3 win over the Spikes on Thursday night at Medlar Field at Lubrano Park.
