CLEARFIELD – During plea and sentencing court Tuesday, a Curwensville man pleaded guilty to making sexual videos of his wife with a dog.

Corey Dean Harris, 24, pleaded guilty to four counts of conspiracy/producing an obscene performance, four counts of producing an obscene performance and three counts criminal conspiracy/cruelty to animals.

He was sentenced to 30 days to one year in jail and five years probation by Judge Paul E. Cherry, who said the case “is disgusting.”

Harris is not permitted to possess any animals or to have employment that includes the care of animals. He must complete 100 hours of community service and counseling.

Prior to sentencing, Joe Ryan, attorney for Corey Harris, commented that this incident was an aberration and Harris had never done anything like this before in his life.

The investigation began after a woman brought the video camera that contained the footage to the SPCA, according to the affidavit of probable cause.

After the officer reviewed some of the videos, he realized a crime had been committed and he took the camera as evidence. Once he secured a search warrant, he downloaded four videos of Rachael Harris allegedly attempting to have sexual relations with a dog.

A relative who saw the videos in December was able to identify the voice heard on the recordings as Corey Harris.

Rachael Alexis Harris, 20, is charged with four counts of producing an obscene performance, three counts of criminal attempt/sexual intercourse with animal, and three counts of conspiracy/sexual intercourse with animal, all misdemeanors.  She was also charged with four summary counts of cruelty to animals.

According to court documents, she was incarcerated after her bail was revoked July 18 and her case is still pending.
