OSCEOLA MILLS – A 29-year-old Osceola Mills man is facing charges after an assault incident Sunday.
According to state police at Clearfield, the incident occurred at 5:06 p.m. on Lingle Street in Osceola Mills.
The man allegedly kicked out the driver’s side, rear window while four people were inside a vehicle, including a two-year-old child.
He assaulted a 27-year-old Osceola Mills man, causing injury. The child was also treated for possible glass in his eyes, state police say.
Two Clearfield women were “exasperated” by the incident due to the level of “annoyance and alarm,” according to state police.
The man was transported to the Clearfield County Jail, and charges will be filed through the district court.
