Philipsburg Man Accused of Pointing Gun at Osceola Mills Man

OSCEOLA MILLS – A 30-year-old Philipsburg man has been accused of pointing a gun at an Osceola Mills man and threatening him on Tuesday.

According to state police at Clearfield, the victim was sitting in a chair outside on his porch on Kate Street at approximately 12:30 p.m.

The man allegedly pulled a handgun from his waist area and inserted a bullet into the chamber.

Then, the man pointed the gun at him and stated that “he was high and was going to shoot him in the head,” the victim told state police.
