State police at Clearfield
- State police received a report about an incident of theft that occurred between June 1 and June 24 on North Railroad Street in Houtzdale Borough. During the incident, someone allegedly removed a 1965, 12’ aluminum Vio holda boat from the victim’s property. - State police reported that on Sunday a significant amount of U.S. Currency was found at a known location along U.S. Route 322 in Bradford Township. It was subsequently turned over to the state police. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police at Clearfield at 814-857-3800.
- State police received a report about an incident of theft and criminal mischief that occurred Sunday or Monday in a private driveway along Washington Avenue in Curwensville Borough. During the incident, someone allegedly gained access to the victim’s vehicle through an unlocked door and removed various denominations of U.S. Currency. State police said they also ripped out the vehicle’s middle console. Damage was estimated at $75 and the total amount of money stolen was estimated at $30. State police at Philipsburg
- State police reported on a DUI incident that occurred June 13 on East Pine Street in Philipsburg Borough. According to state police, a trooper responded to a crash. Upon arrival, it was found the driver – a 58-year-old Port Matilda woman – had allegedly been driving under the influence of alcohol. She was taken into custody for a legal blood draw, which resulted in charges being filed through the district court.
Lawrence Township
- Police received a report about an activated alarm at a local business on Mount Zion Road.
- Police received a report about an illegal dumping that occurred on Hollow Road.
- Police received a report about an alleged incident of theft/burglary in the Hillsdale area.
- Police received a report about an alleged physical domestic disturbance on Dorey Street Extension. Police arrested the suspect who was the aggressor in the incident.
- Police received a report about a domestic disturbance in the Glen Richey area.
- Police responded to a motor vehicle accident at a local business on Route 879. No injuries were reported as a result, and both vehicles were drivable.
- Police received a report about a civil property dispute.
- Police responded to a report about fireworks in the area of Shaw Street.
- Police conducted a public service at the Wal-Mart Supercenter.
- Police received a report about a dumpster fire in the area of Clark Street. According to police, fireworks were still hot when they were disposed of and caught debris in the dumpster on fire. The fire department responded to the scene and extinguished the flame.

- Police received a report about a minor, two-vehicle accident on West Front Street.
- Police received a report about careless driving on Mount Joy Road.

DuBois City
- State police received a report from a woman who alleged that her wallet and cell phone were stolen from a business on North Main Street. Police are in the process of reviewing surveillance video.
- Police received a report from a West Washington Avenue woman who stated she was being harassed by phone and Facebook. Police advised the woman to block the male on Facebook, and he was also warned of his actions.
- Police received a report about a possible domestic disturbance on North Jared Street. Upon arrival, police found there wasn’t a disturbance, and people were moving in. Police asked the people to be mindful of their neighbors and to be quieter.
- Police received a report about a male who had consumed methamphetamine and who was now “out of control.” Police said the male was taken to Penn Highlands for treatment.
- Police received a report about a suspicious vehicle on Jared Street. Upon arrival, police found it was broken down and other people were trying to assist.
- Police were dispatched to a two-vehicle accident on Liberty Boulevard. Upon arrival, police found that no one was injured and both vehicles were drivable. Police said the operators exchanged information, and they were advised to contact their insurance companies.
- Police were contacted by a male who stated he was being accused of stalking. He wanted police to contact the female and advise her not to make accusations. However, his complaint was declined by police.
- Penn Highlands Security requested police due to a male and female who were arguing outside. Police said they were requested to leave the premises.
- Police were requested to check the welfare of a caller’s granddaughter. He told police he’d received a call, she was hard to understand and he feared she was overdosing. Police located her and found she’d pocket-dialed her grandfather.
- Police received a report about a hit-and-run on Olive Avenue. According to police, a male stated that his vehicle was struck while parked on the street overnight.
- Police received a report about an alleged theft. When police questioned a male, they were unable to prove the theft. However, police found that there was an active arrest warrant for him. He was subsequently arrested and transported to county jail to guarantee his appearance for court.
- Police received a report about a suspicious male in the DuBois City Park. He was located and police learned he was charging his cell phone and then leaving.
- Police received a report from S&T Bank about an alleged theft. Upon arrival, police found it had occurred outside their jurisdiction, and it was referred to the state police.
- Police received a report about a two-vehicle accident on Thompson Alley. Upon arrival, police found there were minor injuries, and one vehicle was disabled. A driver was taken to the hospital, and the vehicle was towed from the scene.
- Police received a report about a hit-and-run in the area of Parkway Drive and Liberty Boulevard. Upon arrival, the caller told police they were driving and their vehicle was rear-ended. The operator of the other vehicle left the area, however.
- Police received a report about a male who was “out of control” on Fuller Street. Upon arrival, police advised those involved to separate for the night.
