4-Year-Old Boy’s 911 Call Leads to Long, Frantic Search for Mother

Cleveland– Audio recordings of a 911 call made by a 4-year-old Ohio boy show dispatchers spent 30 minutes trying to find out where they needed to send help because the young boy did not know his address.
