State police at Clearfield
- State police received a report about an incident of criminal mischief that occurred June 14-15 on Duback Road, east of U.S. Route 322. During the incident, someone allegedly scratched the victim’s vehicle with an unknown object and broke both taillight lenses and a headlight lens. They also allegedly took the steering wheel, radio and shifter knob and cut both driver and passenger seats in the vehicle. - State police responded to an accident Friday on North Front Street in Decatur Township. According to the report, a woman’s vehicle was parked at McDonald’s. As she pulled from her space, she hit a pedestrian who was walking behind her vehicle. He was knocked to the ground and suffered minor injuries. State police said the man was taken to Penn Highlands DuBois for treatment.
State police at Punxsutawney
- State police received a report about an incident of criminal mischief that occurred Saturday or Sunday on Knoxdale Road in Reynoldsville. During the incident, someone allegedly broke a wooden base for the victim’s mailbox. State police are continuing their investigation, and anyone with information is asked to contact the Punxsutawney barracks at 814-938-0510.
- State police received a report about an incident of theft that occurred Saturday or Sunday on Fuller Road in Brookville. During the incident, someone allegedly stole the victim’s pool filter valued at $500. State police at Ridgway
- State police reported a DUI crash that occurred Saturday on Toby Road in Fox Township. According to state police, a 40-year-old Kersey man was traveling west when he lost control of his motorcycle. He crashed into a mailbox. Upon further investigation, state police found he was allegedly under the influence. Charges will be filed through the district court.
- State police received a report about an incident of burglary that occurred Saturday on Ruffner Lane in Fox Township. During the incident, someone allegedly attempted to break into the victim’s residence with an unknown object, which left marks on the door. Lawrence Township
- Police received a report about children who were allegedly left unattended at an apartment. Upon arrival, police located a guardian. Charges are currently pending an investigation.
- Police received a report about a suspicious vehicle. The incident is currently pending at this time.
- Police received a report about suspicious people who were asking for money. However, they were gone upon police arrival in the area.
- Police received a report about a lost or stolen wallet. It remains under investigation at this time.
- Police received a report about a two-vehicle accident at the Ollie’s Bargain Outlet at the Clearfield Mall. No injuries and minor damage were reported as a result.
- Police received a report about a civil property dispute at the Lawrence Park Village.
- Police conducted a traffic stop, which resulted in a warrant service. Police said a male was housed at the county jail.
- Police received a report about a suspicious male who was allegedly trespassing on Washington Avenue.
- Police located a suspicious person in the parking lot of a closed business on South Second Street.
- Police responded to a reported disorder on First Avenue in Glen Richey.
- Police received a report about an incident of harassment/threats on Park Avenue Extension. It was handled by police at the scene.
- Police conducted a traffic stop along U.S. Route 322 that resulted in a warrant service.
- Police were requested to check the welfare of a person on Mann Road. They were located and determined to not be endangered.
