Maureen J. Woods, 65, of DuBois died Thursday, June 8, 2017 at Ridgeview Elder Care in Curwensville.
Born April 13, 1952 in Grosmont Yorkshire, England, she was the daughter of the late Herbert Liddle and Irene (Powderhill) Liddle. Her mother survives and lives in Port Smith, Ohio.
She worked as a licensed practical nurse for Nelson’s Golden Years in DuBois. She was a member of the Church of Our Savior Episcopal Church.
She is survived by three children, Crystal Woods, Daniel Woods and Shane Woods and his wife, Anna, all of DuBois; two brothers, Morris Liddle and Dave Liddle, both of Port Smith, Ohio; and two grandchildren, Connor and Kaleb Woods. She is also survived by her former husband, Joe Woods of Reynoldsville.
Friends will be received from 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. Saturday at the Baronick Funeral Home and Crematorium Inc.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Baronick Funeral Home and Crematorium Inc. with Pastor Melinda Hall officiating. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery.
