The recovery helps boost home sales statewide, but regional economics have greater impact on individual markets

The number of homes for sale in the commonwealth was drastically down in year-over- year comparisons, along with days on market and months of supply, according to the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors’ Q4-2016 statewide report. The median home sales price increased 4.6 percent to $170,000. Days on market was down 3.8 percent to 75 days.
