A Learjet 35 crashed Monday as it approached a runway at Teterboro Airport in New Jersey, the Federal Aviation Administration said.
The plane crashed about a half-mile from the airport in Teterboro.
The flight departed from Philadelphia International Airport and the FAA is on the way to the scene.
